of five months is offered for a special rental rate

Minimum stay 5 months $525 per week

Long Term rental includes basic satellite TV only
Tenant arranges their own gas, power, telephone, internet connection.
and housekeeping.

Guests or tenants will be responsible for costs resulting from any damage to The Chalet occuring during their stay

minimum fixed term lease or more if required

Fully furnished three bedroom home (at the top of the driveway).
Upstairs suite has the master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and living area with wrap around deck.
Downstairs has internal access garage, two bedrooms ( one double and one queen bed)
a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, dining room and spacious lounge with doors leading to outdoor bricked patio.
